Some updates for you to take note!
1. Our site will be offline for maintenance and updates this Saturday, 4/5 0000 hours till 2359 hours.
As such, the site will not be accessible at all during this period.
The site will resume on Sunday, 5/5 0000 hours.
If you're intending to make a purchase via ATM/ IB, do kindly ensure your payments are updated by 3/5, 2359 to avoid any cancellation of orders.
*Orders will still be cancelled after 24 hours if there is no update on site.
2. ATM payments will not be accepted from mid May onwards.
An actual date will be announced again once confirmed.
For customers who have been using ATM transfers, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Do kindly arrange to sign up an Interbank Banking account with your bank or opt for Paypal payments.
3. Due to the PH tomorrow, TCL office will be closed.
Emails will be attended to on Thursday onwards.
4. All backorder items for *Starstruck Collection have arrived! :)
We'll be mailing them out on Thursday onwards.
