We would like to express our sincere apologies for some of our shoppers who have encountered parcel delays sent out early last week. We are suspecting a delay over at singpost or they could have missed out our particular entire bag of parcels. However, Theory Shoppers have also subsequently received their parcels earlier this week. We thank you for your kind understanding and patience as we investigate and your kind understanding is greatly appreciated. Do let us know if you have placed an order the week before but still have not received by this coming Friday, we would do our best to assist you in any way we can!
We have also stocktaked and geared ourselves up for an awesome End Of Year ahead!
We would be doing some major FLASH sales (do keep a lookout on our facebook/mailing list for details which would be released soon) the last week of November and we would be back with our first FESTIVE COLLECTION the first week of December (Very very pretty Grey By Theory dresses for Xmas and Countdown Party, really)!

P.s: Please do not doubt that we are out to cheat/fraud your money, we take our business seriously (we're also a registered running business in sunny sg) and it saddens us to be assumed :'( We do not know that parcels have been delayed until we received feedbacks from shoppers only recently.
